Payslips now on 'My Pension Online'
Publication date: 1/8/2019 2:02:43 PM
From December 2018, your payslips are available through the 'My Pension Online' system. If you haven't registered for 'My Pension Online', why not sign up today?
How do I sign up for 'My Pension Online'?
You can register for 'My Pension Online' by clicking on the 'My Pension Online' link. This will take you into the online area. You'll see a link 'sign up' under the heading 'not registered' which you need to click on. This will send you the activation information you need to register. You'll need your email address and national insurance number to complete the process.
What will happen to my previous payslips and P60s on the old online system?
Don't worry, you can still view your old payslips and P60s. Access to your MyView account (also known as 'view my payslips') will be available until March 2019.
Will I get a paper copy of my payslip?
Your payslips are only available online. However, you'll still get a paper copy of your payslip at the end of each financial year, along with your P60 and pensions increase information. Also, if you need a paper copy of your payslip for a particular reason, we can provide you with one.
What if my payment changes?
If there's a change to your monthly pension, we'll let you know in writing. We'd expect the only change to happen to a monthly pension would be a tax code change. If this happens, you should receive written notification from HMRC telling you about this change.
