Covid-19 -Electronic signatures temporarily accepted

We understand some of our employers may be working from home due to Covid-19, and sending us signed leavers forms may be a problem. 

During this period, we’ll accept leavers forms without a signature. However, we’ll only do so if they've been emailed to us by an authorised signatory for your organisation. We don’t need a paper copy sending to us.

To allow for this change in process, we've updated our website with fillable forms. Please make sure you’re using the latest versions, which can be found on our forms and guidance library. If you're having any issues accessing the forms, please email the helpdesk.

We’re only relaxing our procedures during the Covid-19 outbreak. Once government restrictions on social distancing are lifted, we’ll once again need all leavers forms to be signed by an authorised signatory.
