GDPR documents updated

New versions of the following General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) documents have been uploaded to the Shropshire County Pension Fund website.

The updated documents are:

• Template data retention policy (employers) (v2)
• Memorandum of understanding

These documents have been updated to reflect Brexit, the Schrems II decision on transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and guidance on data sharing agreements issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We have also updated our full and summary privacy notices which are relevant for you and scheme members.
