'My Pension Online' has been given a makeover!

Do your employees use My Pension Online to keep track of their LGPS pension?

Please let them know that it has a new look. The same information is still there but the layout makes it easier for members to find their way around. Accessibility and usability of the website when using a tablet device or smart phone have improved too.

If members are already registered, they can use their existing log in details to browse the new site. If they're not registered, please let them know they can do so via the login page by entering their surname, National Insurance number, date of birth and email address. Once logged in, members can view their annual benefit statements, run their own benefit projections, and update their personal details.
