Reminder to review your discretions policy

We've recently made some minor changes to our discretions policy template, after the introduction of amendment regulations in 2018 and 2019. This template can be shared with employers. We'd like to remind our employers to keep your policy under review, make revisions to and publish the updated document following a change in policy and with a month of the revisions being made, send a copy of the revised statement to us.
