There are many reasons why members may be absent from work and the pensions team needs notifying of both authorised and unauthorised absences. The page on Dealing with Absences covers what qualifies as an absence and your duties as an employer.
It is also important to keep us informed of any member’s detail changes that may impact their pension benefits. Personal changes must be notified on form PEN001 and work related changes on form PEN002.
