We’ve recently made some updates to our ‘My Pension Online’ system. Regular users may have spotted that the log in page has now changed.

We’re hoping the new changes will make it easier for you to sign up to the system and to log in on future visits.

Visit our website homepage and click on the ‘My Pension Online’ button. After you enter the system, you'll be given three options:

Register: Follow the instructions on this screen. You'll need to enter your email address, date of birth and National Insurance number and click ‘sign up’.

Activate: If you've been through the registration process and have been sent an activation key, you'll need this to log in. On this screen, you'll be asked to enter your date of birth and National Insurance number again, along with this activation key and click ‘continue’.

Log in: If you’re already registered, you can log in as normal. Please remember your username isn't your email address but a unique name you will have created when you registered. If you've forgotten your username, click the 'Forgotten your username?' link.

You need to choose the option most suitable for you.
