Employers' meeting 2020
The 2020 employers' meeting was held virtually on Microsfot Teams on 21 October 2020 from 10am to 11.30am.

The 2019 employers meeting took place on 15th November 2019 from 9am to 1pm, at the Shirehall, Shrewsbury.

Employers' meeting 2018
Our employers meeting last year took place on 11 October at the Shirehall, Shrewsbury.
The meeting was aimed at finance, HR, and payroll staff dealing with LGPS issues. Presentations during the day covered a review of the last year, employer role and responsibilities, iConnect developments and the role of The Pensions Regulator.

Employers' meeting 2017
Our employers meeting in 2017 was held on Monday 9th October at the Shirehall, Shrewsbury. The meeting was aimed at finance, HR, and payroll staff dealing with LGPS issues.
2016 was valuation year. The valuation process sets the employer contribution rates to be in place from 1 April 2017 until 31 March 2020.
10th November 2016- valuation results
To help employers understand how the actuary sets contribution rates and the assumptions that are used in the calculations, all employers were invited to an employers meeting for an update from the scheme actuary.
