Returning forms
Returning forms and documents
We’ve changed the way we accept information and it’s now easier than ever to send forms and documents to the pensions team. To help reduce printing needs, fillable PDF versions of forms can now be found on our website. We’re also now able to accept photocopies of certificates in place of asking to see the original documents.
Where possible, please avoid sending paper forms. Our turnaround time to process information sent in this way is slightly longer.
We'll accept electronic signatures, scanned copies of forms, and photocopies of certificates/ passports. We’ll also accept photos of forms and identification if the images are clear and of good quality.
If you don’t have a printer, scanner or camera, you can fill in one of the ‘fillable forms’, which can be found on the ‘Forms and guides’ page of our website.

*Fillable forms are forms you can complete on your computer by typing into the fillable spaces. To use these forms, save the form to your computer, fill in, then email it to us. Please note, some smartphones don't automatically come with this software so mobile phone users must install a PDF reader on their phones before they can open, read and fill out a fillable PDF.
Where possible, please sign the opt in form and 50/50 section form by hand, scan or photograph it and return by email. If you don’t have access to a printer, an electronic signature will be accepted. Please also include a copy of your birth certificate, passport or driving licence (to prove your identity) when emailing the form to us.
