We’re all getting older, so it’s time to think about the most important pot for your future self, your pension pot.

The Pension Attention campaign is a coordinated annual industry campaign, running from the 9-13 September and led by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association (PLSA) .

We can reveal that TV star Gemma Collins (‘the GC’) will take the megaphone this year to urge the nation to ‘Pay Your Pension Some Attention’.

The campaign is called ‘Face Forward’ and features a parody face cream ad, challenging Brits to consider their financial future over their frown lines. Gemma teams up with money expert Iona Bain, to offer simple tips on how to better prepare for retirement.

This year, we want to inspire our members to engage with their pension and get involved using three simple steps:

  1. FIND OUT if you have any lost pension savings.
  2. LOG IN to ‘My Pension Online’ to see how much you have in your pension pot, and
  3. PICTURE your future in terms of what you might need.
