Last year the Government confirmed that the McCloud judgement applies to all public service pension schemes. You can read more on our previous newspost. We must remind you that you don’t need to make an employment tribunal claim for the remedy to apply. If you qualify for protection, it'll apply automatically.
We're aware that some companies are actively encouraging members to register costly claims. However, this isn't necessary.
On 25 March 2020, Lord Agnew made a ministerial statement about progress towards a remedy, which you can find on the parliament website.
