New versions of the full privacy notice and summary privacy notice have been uploaded to the Shropshire County Pension Fund website.
These notices have been further updated since the last news update. This has been to cover situations where an administering authority has to request additional information to rule out pension scam activity as part of a transfer request, in light of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Conditions for Transfers) Regulations 2021.
