Investment performance

The fund increased in value by £145 million in 2021/22 with a total value of £2.339 billion at the 31st March 2023. This represented a 7.5% increase over the year and was 1% ahead of the fund's benchmarked performance. 

Benchmarks are used to review the performance of the fund’s asset managers compared to the market.
