New Look InTouch Autumn 2024 now available

We are pleased to announce that the 2024 Autumn edition of our retired member's newsletter, InTouch, is now available with a brand new look.

In the latest issue, we introduce the updated ‘My Pension Online.’ Our member portal not only has a new look but also a simpler registration process. So, if you haven’t already joined us online – there is no better time than now.

We also welcome our helpful digital assistant to the team, who is available 24/7 to assist you online with your pension queries.

We hear from retired member, Tony, who shares his experience on receiving free digital coaching and Age UK encourage members to check if they're eligible for Pension Credit.

Vicky Jenks and Jean Smith give their latest updates on the fund and Pete Chadderton, our Pensions Investment and Responsible Investment Manager, returns with his column 'Pete's investment corner'.

The newsletter also contains important information on our 2024 annual report and where to find your payslips on the new portal.
