Keeping in touch
We want to make sure that you’re kept up to date with the latest pensions news. To do this, we’ll contact you in a few different ways.
InTouch newsletter
Twice a year we release a newsletter for our retired members called InTouch.
The newsletter includes a welcome from the pensions manager and an article from your pensions committee representative. If you'd like to contribute please let us know.
Postal copies of the newsletter are sent to all pensioners to check they still live at the address on their account. If pensioners move address they must contact us and let us know or update their details on 'My Pension Online'. If copies of the magazine are returned as no longer at this address, then we will suspend any future pension payments until we have the correct address registered.
Email updates
If we hold an email address for you, we can keep you updated by email. Contact pensions@shropshire.gov.uk to give us an email address.
Payslips
You can view your payslips through your 'My Pension Online' account.
P60
Your P60 tells you the pension you’ve received, and tax you’ve paid over the tax year. Log in to your 'My Pension Online' account to view your P60.
